Looking for a role where you can actually own delivery, work across a variety of projects, and help shape how things get done?

We’re partnering with a growing, tech-driven business that's driving operational maturity, scaling their SaaS ecosystem, tightening up cybersecurity, and starting to explore AI.

They’re after a hands-on Technical Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum across several key projects.

Why this role?

This isn’t a PM role stuck in a corner with a Gantt chart, it’s a central role with real impact.

You’ll be the go-to for coordinating technical delivery, wrangling vendors, gathering requirements, and keeping timelines on track.

You’ll work closely with the internal IT team, external consultants (think ISO 27001, SaaS vendors, integration partners), and stakeholders across different departments.

What you'll be doing:

Driving forward a range of IT and SaaS-related projects, from disaster recovery and MFA rollouts to software integrations and AI pilots.

Being the connector: between internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.

Making sure deliverables are clear, things run to plan, and everyone stays in the loop.

Helping to define and implement better processes, like change management and documentation standards.

Pitching in with business analysis and requirements when needed.

Supporting a big push towards ISO 27001 certification.

Staying curious, exploring new tools and tech that could lift productivity (AI tools especially welcome).

A few of the projects on the table:

Formalising and coordinating the disaster recovery setup

Helping the business gain ISO 27001 certification

Reviewing and streamlining SaaS tools and integrations

Leading vendor-led rollouts (e.g., ServiceNow, Vanta)

Coordinating external partners for AI use case delivery

Supporting the shift towards more secure, mature IT operations

What we’re looking for:

You’ve probably got a couple of years' experience running IT or SaaS-focused projects under your belt, and you’re confident managing multiple streams at once.

You’re organised, great with people, and just as happy coordinating vendors as you are mapping workflows or pulling together status updates.

You get how cloud platforms and SaaS tools connect and how to manage projects around them.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with cybersecurity standards (like ISO 27001), Microsoft Power Platform, or have an interest in how AI can help with automation and productivity.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a mid to senior PM who wants variety, ownership, and visibility.
