What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of our dispensary team, you’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and labelling prescriptions accurately, under pharmacist supervision

Processing new and repeat prescriptions using our pharmacy software (Z Dispense)

Managing stock levels and placing dispensary orders

Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service and responding to patient queries

Supporting pharmacists in the delivery of professional services

Following all pharmacy legislation, QCPP standards, and internal SOPs

Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient dispensary environment

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dispensary Technician (or similar pharmacy role)

Strong attention to detail and confidence in working with numbers

Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional attitude

Comfortable using pharmacy systems and confident with technology

A genuine commitment to patient care and a collaborative team spirit

Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and dispensing standards
