About the Role: This opportunity is ideal for an associate with a couple of years’ experience who is now ready to take their career to the next level. Working closely with a top-performing sales team, you’ll have access to a wealth of experience, resources, and professional guidance to fast-track your growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the lead agent throughout the full sales process
• Attending team meetings and property appraisals
• Managing buyer enquiries and post-inspection follow-up
• Coordinating open homes, auctions, and vendor communications
• Assisting with prospecting activities, including door knocking and letterbox drops
• Manage listings on your own from appraisal to settlement
• Making follow-up and prospecting calls
• Maintaining and managing the sales database
• Attending photoshoots and preparing marketing materials

What You’ll Bring:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration
• 1–2 years’ experience in a real estate sales support or associate role
• A strong interest in progressing into a Sales Agent role in the near future
• A client-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Confidence in managing client interactions both in person and over the phone
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to work Saturdays
