Your New Role

Lead the drafting and negotiation of leasing and property development agreements

Advise on construction contracts, DA/CDC pathways, zoning and building codes

Ensure compliance with NQF, Education & Care Services National Law, and safety regs

Support acquisitions, centre rollouts, corporate structuring and risk management

Collaborate with exec, ops, and development teams to align legal strategy with growth

About You

Australian practising certificate (unrestricted)

5+ years’ PAE in property, construction, or commercial law

Experience with multi-site leases, childcare regulation or property development

Confident in legal strategy, compliance frameworks and risk mitigation

Clear communicator with a proactive, commercially grounded approach

Bonus: Familiarity with REINSW/LIV leases, BCA, or childcare licensing is welcome.
