About YOU:

· Strong admin and data management skills

· Great communication and a team-first mindset

· Confidence using tech—Microsoft 365, LMS, CRMs, etc.

· A genuine interest in learning and workforce development

What you’ll be doing:

From day one, you'll be rolling up your sleeves to:

• Coordinate orientation, compliance, and professional development training

• Manage training records, registers, and reporting in our Learning Management System (LMS)

• Triage and respond to learning enquiries

• Support learning initiatives like study assistance and employee awards

• Process invoices and track L&D budget items

• Present and deliver pre-developed training content

• Provide day-to-day support to the Capability & Learning team

You will have:

· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or other relevant qualification and/or equivalent work experience

· Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant level administration, coordination and data management experience

· Class C Drivers Licence
