About the Opportunity:
An opportunity has become available to join the Innovation hub as a Business Support Officer in a permanent capacity, to start immediately.
This position is required to support the Property team by providing accurate, timely and informed administrative and operational support across the City of Darwin property portfolio’s leases, licences, agreements, permits and carparking.
About you:
You will have well-developed written and communications skills and sound literacy knowledge. We are seeking someone with strong administration background who is diligent and capable of making sure everything is on track. Being switched-on and able to problem solve small issue is also a requirement.

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package and generous leave entitlements. This position has a commencing base salary of $81,784.36 per annum plus superannuation (11.5%).
§ You will have a Certificate IV in Local Government / Real Estate Practice / Property Services / or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
§ Ability to obtain a National Police Records Check
§ Possession of a Class C Driver Licence.
