Senior Property Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio, while developing leadership potential in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own clean, high-end, portfolio of up to 160 residential properties max, with end-to-end responsibility and full support for leasing, inspections & admin.
• Work flexibly from in a hybrid outcome focused working environment.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Handle, maintenance, arrears, and compliance while working closely with leasing, routines and admin teams.
• Lead from the front—mentor junior staff and help shape team culture.
• Collaborate across departments to unlock referral opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Strong organisation, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Clear communicator with a keen eye for detail and a client-first mindset.
• Knowledge of tenancy legislation and property maintenance essentials.
• Valid driver’s license, Certificate of Registration, and CPD compliance.
