Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Monitor and manage rental arrears with discretion and accuracy
• Conduct thorough routine inspections and oversee rent and lease negotiations
• Prepare and process bond claims, and represent the agency at NCAT hearings when necessary
• Operate within a highly structured, supportive environment under the leadership of existing Property Managers and an experienced Department Head
• Enjoy a role focused purely on operational delivery – no accounts management required

Candidate Profile:

• Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Brings a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing residential property portfolios or assisting property managers in doing so.
• Possesses a reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach
• Has a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Embodies a team-focused mindset with a drive to excel and lead in a Senior Property Management capacity
