Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with both landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance efficiently and effectively
• Monitoring and managing rental arrears in a timely manner
• Conducting regular routine inspections and overseeing rent and lease reviews
• Managing bond claims and representing the agency at NCAT hearings as required
• Working under the guidance and mentorship of a supportive Department Head
• Focusing exclusively on operational responsibilities – no accounts management duties involved

Candidate Requirements:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing residential property portfolios
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven capability in building strong client relationships
• A collaborative approach and a drive to excel as a Senior Property Manager
