Key tasks and responsibilities include:

· Prepare, manage, and review contract documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

· Ensure contracts reflect accurate terms, conditions and pricing structures.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any issues.

· Work closely with colleagues from head office and senior management to ensure contracts align with business objectives.

· Oversee contract timelines, including tracking, monitoring, and managing contract renewals and expirations.

· Advise senior management on contract-related matters and assist in implementing decisions.

· Prepare reports related to contract activities and provide insights on project progress and outcomes.

· Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external vendors or service providers.

· Analyse contract data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

· Recommend strategies to enhance contract efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Experience required:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Building or Construction, or a related field.

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration or a similar role.

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Experience in all aspects of contract management and project contracts is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
