The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, your focus on people and relationships will be vital to the success of this role. Your daily duties will revolve around maintaining our client files, ensuring our contracted obligations are being delivered, and ensuring that information to support contract management is current.
While managing your day-to-day workload, you will foster positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our clients’ expectations, and ensure we add value to our client portfolio. A sound understanding of contract administration, relationship building, budgets and costs, service delivery and stakeholder management is key to success in this role.
In this role, you will:
Monitor and respond to contract-related inquiries from clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, including signed agreements and client records.
Set up new customer accounts, budgets, and job details in our systems.
Process and record job terminations, and communicate the same to key stakeholders.
Prepare and communicate price adjustments and update job specifications accordingly.
Manage changes and update the appropriate systems as needed.
Conduct regular area analyses, cost evaluations, and equipment updates.
Maintain and update records for contract equipment and manage provider accounts.
Perform reconciliations for accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing.
Support the sales team as needed during the tendering and quoting process.
Assist with monthly reporting and job cost exports.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have the following:
Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An eye for detail
Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
Strong organisational and administration skills
A National Criminal History check is required for this role
