Contract Administrator – New Build Apartments | Sydney | Tier 2 Builder

We're seeking a skilled Contract Administrator with a strong background in new build apartment projects, particularly those involving structural concrete, formwork, and large-scale construction.

The Role: Join a well-established Tier 2 builder delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use developments across Sydney. You'll be instrumental in driving commercial success on large-scale structural packages, working closely with site teams and senior PMs.

You Bring:

• 3–5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in new build construction
• Proven experience on apartment projects (ideally $20M+)
• Strong understanding of structural/concrete packages, head contracts, procurement & progress claims
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
• Strong communication skills to liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
