• Manage a clean portfolio of 150 Properties
• VA provided to do most of your administration tasks!
• An inspections Manager does all your Routines, Entries and Exits!
• Stable team
• WFH/Flexible working conditions considered
• Low vacancy rates and very minimal Leasing!
• PropertyMe software used
• Supportive and easy-going Director who has cultivated an amazing team culture
• Full time Monday to Friday role with minimal Saturday work ONLY where required for Leasing
• $90,000 plus Superannuation
