The Role:

My client is a high performing food manufacturing business that are experiencing exceptional growth.

There is an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full Time Shift Team leader to join the day shift based in South-West Sydney.

Reporting to the Production Manager duties of this role include:

• Supervising a team of approximately 30 operators during the day shift
• Overseeing daily shift setup and ensuring smooth operations
• Achieving production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Training and supervising new production line workers
• Ensuring safety is number one priority
• Leading and motivating team members to drive productivity and engagement
• Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and output

Your Background:

Essential to the success of the role, the successful applicant will possess the following:

• Prior FMCG experience
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lead a small team
• Strong communication skills
