The Role

Our client is seeking a corporate M&A lawyer to join their growing Corporate/M&A practice. You will have at least 2 years post admission experience.

This team advises on the full spectrum of corporate law issues. The team works with a high profile local and international companies.

You will be involved in work spanning capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, major commercial transactions, complex joint ventures.

About You

To be successful in this position, you need:

• At least 2 years experience in a corporate practice or in-house in a corporate advisory and/or M&A role
• A desire to be involved in mentoring the more junior members of the team
• To be confident, capable and have excellent interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
• A commercial pragmatic approach as well as strong technical skills
