About the role:
You’ll work closely with approachable and respected Partners on a broad and consistent range of matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (private and public)
• Equity and debt capital markets
• Joint ventures, restructures & shareholder arrangements
• Commercial contracting and advisory work

You’ll have the chance to own matters, build client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers, with increasing independence and visibility.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years’ PAE in corporate/M&A law (ideally from a mid-tier, top-tier or respected boutique firm)
• Proven experience running or significantly contributing to M&A and advisory matters
• Strong drafting skills and the confidence to manage transactions
• A collaborative, team-first approach and desire to mentor junior colleagues
• A commercial mindset and ability to deliver clear, practical advice
• Strong academic credentials and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude
