A well known Melbourne based company are seeking a well rounded, diverse and ER strong Workplace Relations Manager to join their expanding team. This is an initial 6+ month contract, commencing immediately. Provide expert advice, resolve complex disputes, and collaborate with leaders to drive best practices in workplace relations.

As Workplace Relations Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Partnering with operational leaders and People teams to manage workplace relations issues.
• Provide expert advice on industrial relations, employment law, and dispute resolution.
• Handle complex case management and negotiations with unions.
• Represent the business at Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
• Develop policies, training, and initiatives to enhance workplace relations practices.

About You:

• Strong experience managing workplace relations in a unionised environment.
• Proven ability to manage litigation and tribunal matters (Fair Work Commission, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
