About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in helping our clients succeed by providing high-quality service and strategic insights. You’ll work with a passionate and experienced team who are committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work across various entity types

Managing and maintaining strong client relationships

Developing tailored tax planning and financial strategies

Analysing financial data to identify business opportunities and risks

Liaising with the ATO and relevant authorities

Contributing to team development and mentoring junior staff

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a Melbourne-based Senior Accountant with:

5+ years’ experience in an accounting firm or public practice

CA or CPA qualification (or currently completing)

A high level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability

Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture
