Join the Tax Integrity Group as a Senior Accountant in our thriving Preston, VIC office. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in taxation and make a meaningful impact on the strategic objectives of our growing firm.

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio across a range of industries

Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to identify tax minimisation opportunities for clients

Prepare complex tax returns, activity statements and other compliance documentation

Liaise directly with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions

Mentor and develop more junior members of the tax team

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tax processes and procedures

What we're looking for

8+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior tax accounting role

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification

Extensive knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulations

Proven ability to interpret complex tax laws and communicate recommendations effectively

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail

Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities

Experience in supervising and developing more junior team members
