They're now looking for an IT Coordinator to support their expanding team and ensure smooth systems, setups, and admin processes across the business.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage IT systems, support users, and coordinate hardware, software, and mobile setups
• Maintain and administer key platforms (mainly SharePoint)
• Set up new staff, project sites, and childcare centres
• Oversee asset management, server backups, printing/scanning systems, and IT spend
• Assist with document control and general administration

What You Bring

• Strong IT skills, especially across 365 suite
• Great time management and ability to juggle priorities
• Friendly, clear communication style and confidence working with varied stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
