Are you a passionate barista ready to take the next step in your coffee career? We're looking for a Head Barista to join our team in Glenelg South, bringing leadership, creativity, and exceptional coffee skills to our fast-paced, community-focused café.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver exceptional coffee and service

Maintain quality control and consistency across all coffee offerings

Assist with managing daily bar operations, stock control, ordering, and maintenance

Train new staff and foster a culture of learning and growth

Collaborate on seasonal menus and specialty coffee offerings

✅ You’ll Bring:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a senior or head barista

Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso techniques & milk texturing

Experience managing or supervising a small team

Availability for early morning and weekend shifts
