The Role:

We are seeking full time Accredited Exercise Physiologists to join us in the Penrith and Rooty Hill areas. Responsibilities include:

Assess patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions arising from work related, motor vehicle accidents, NDIS, Home Care Packages, sports and general private consultations.

Clinical exercise prescription, instruction and supervision, health education and exercise-based lifestyle and behaviour modification services.

Varied settings including at local centres, homes, local gyms, pools and workplaces.

About You:

Organised Team Member who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.

Coachable and open to feedback.

Ability to assess and prescribe gym/hydro-based exercises in the treatment/management of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions.

Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.

Full ESSA accreditation.

Eligibility for registration with Medicare.

Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check, WWCC and blue card.

Current driver’s license and own vehicle.
