Your Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic curries & tandoori dishes including naan & more

Assist in preparation of curries and other Indian dishes

Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards

Work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team

Manage stock levels and prep efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Indian cooking chef

Skilled in operating a traditional tandoor oven

Experience in Indian curry preparation

Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Team player with a strong work ethic
