We are currently seeking an experienced plant machine operator to join our team, commencing on the 20th June 2025.

**About the Role**

Your primary responsibility will be the safe operation of 1.5t-3.5t excavators with the use of multiple attachments. You will also assist in labour and perform rigging tasks. Applicants must demonstrate a track record as an operator in a small, fast-paced, and flexible team.

Within your role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Safely operating an excavator

Safely operating a bobcat

Assisting in on-site labour

Safely undertaking rigging tasks

Maintaining accurate records for all equipment and machinery operated

Transporting machines, materials, and waste

Tip truck operation

This is a full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required. You will be expected to work a standard 8-hour day/40-hour week with reasonable overtime.

Our work is predominantly in the Brisbane region. The applicant will need their own transport.

Applicant requirements:

Excavator operator ticket

HR truck licence

White card

Civil construction experience preferred

A willingness to work within a team and assist with on-site labouring tasks.

An ability to work independently and at times guide others

Good communication skills

An attention to detail

A mature approach to the workplace, an ability to complete tasks and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment

A valid driver's licence and relevant tickets

Own vehicle required with company fuel card provided
