Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring compliance with relevant national regulations and industry standards
• Driving ongoing improvement of quality systems and processes
• Testing and releasing internal blends to production
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain and manage quality documentation
• Ensuring documentation and procedures align with regulatory and customer requirements
• Providing technical support for the development of both new and existing products
• Coordinating sample requests and maintaining an up-to-date sample register
• Investigating quality concerns and delivering clear reports and corrective actions
• Assisting in recipe development and exploring the use of emerging food technologies

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field
• Sound knowledge of food industry regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on solutions
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence in decision-making and a proactive attitude
