The opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (a Diploma is highly regarded) and have previous experience working in Early Childhood Education. You’ll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate programs in a nurturing environment. Strong knowledge of the EYLF and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education are essential. Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid certifications are required. This position will be 5 days per week.

About you:

Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s services.

Previous experience.

Hold first aid and CPR.

Hold a current Working with Children's Check.

Have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Able to follow policies and procedures.

Duties

Monitor, record and evaluate children’s learning and development

To provide active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child.

To provide an age appropriate routine that allows children to settle into the Centre and separate confidently and comfortably from their family.
