An exciting new opportunity exists for a dynamic, Casual Front Office Coordinator to join our friendly team in our modern dental practice.

This role is primarily to cover our Front Office Coordinator's time off during August, September, and October 2025, with shifts running Monday to Thursday.

The successful applicant must possess excellent people skills, be tech-savvy, show plenty of initiative, and be comfortable multi-tasking—particularly when managing patient bookings, accounts, and day-to-day coordination in a small, two-chair dental practice. While it's not a high-volume environment, attention to detail and a calm, organised approach are essential.

A medical or dental background is essential, and the successful applicant MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer service role and genuinely have a keen interest in the dental field and patient care.

Dental assisting skills and qualifications are desirable.
