About the Role

This is a full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) with a regular Rostered Day Off (RDO), offering a healthy work-life balance. You’ll be a vital part of our clinical team, helping to deliver excellent patient care and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Duties Include:

Chairside assisting during dental procedures

Preparing treatment rooms and patients

Infection control and sterilisation procedures

Assisting with patient care and comfort

Occasionally supporting front desk duties (bookings/payments)

Assisting in operating theatre as required

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a dental assistant is preferred but not essential – full training provided

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, positive, and team-oriented mindset

Strong multitasking and organisational skills

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
