We are seeking a versatile Warehouse/Customer Service Team Leader to join a dynamic team. Temperature Controlled Warehouse Facility, located in Morningside. This role will be responsible to managing a large client, and ensuring a high level of service is maintained. This is a temperature-controlled environment, from ambient (15 degrees) to chiller (2 degrees). An opportunity not to be missed! $33-35p/h + opportunity for some O/T.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager

Assisting with the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks as required

Foster a culture of openness, transparency, and collaboration within the team.

Monitor employee job satisfaction levels and take action to address any concerns.

Develop training programs to improve warehouse employee skills and knowledge.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Demonstrate a genuine interest in employee well-being by providing resources for mental and physical health.

This role is Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm with some Overtime when necessary. Previous experience in a similar warehousing or customer service role (team leader), preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries is an advantage.
