Full time Warehouse Team Leader / All rounder

We currently have openings at our Bibra Lake facility for experienced warehouse team leaders.

We are seeking candidates that have the following qualities:

Smart, Professional and Reliable

Excellent management, organisational and communication skills (with both the client,freight companies and other staff)

At least two years Supervisor experience

Able to thrive under pressure

Leading a small team of 2 -3 people, to conduct all daily warehouse activities including goods inwards and outwards as part of a larger facility

Forklift licence and reach forklift experience essential

Sound numeracy and literacy skills and good computer skills (Excel, Word)

Physical fitness

Experience with a hands on role ensuring that KPI’s are achieved for correct and complete deliveries by picking, packing, dispatching orders and inwards receipts

Maintain stock-take and inventory integrity by carrying out cycle counts and discrepancy investigations

Experience with receipting, picking and dispatch procedures utilising Manhattan WMS (warehouse management software)

Manhattan experience preferred but not essential

Competent ensuring Occupational Health and Safety regulations and warehouse standards are maintained in order to protect the well-being of fellow employees
