We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join the new team at Dilan Lawyers. As a new law firm with a focus on providing legal services to the real estate sector in NSW, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers.
• Conduct thorough title searches and ensure accurate and efficient completion of all legal paperwork.
• Maintain communication with clients, developers, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on property-related legal matters, such as contracts, zoning laws, and stamp duty.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts of sale, leases, and mortgage agreements.
• Attend settlement meetings, ensuring the transfer of necessary funds and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Stay updated on legislation and regulations pertaining to conveyancing in NSW.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 1 year experience of conveyancing work.
• In-depth understanding of NSW property laws, regulations, and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and relevant technology tools.
• Relevant qualifications in Conveyancing or law.
