The Role
As our Bookkeeper, you’ll be a key part of our client delivery team – ensuring the numbers are accurate, the books are up to date, and our clients feel supported.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse client base

Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Process payroll, superannuation, and STP

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS

Collaborate with our accountants to support client advisory work

Communicate directly with clients to clarify information and provide support

What You’ll Bring

Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within an accounting firm

Confidence using Xero (bonus points for MYOB/QuickBooks experience)

Bookkeeping or accounting qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Strong attention to detail and time management

A curious mindset and willingness to learn

Clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
