The role:
Our client has partnered with an external consultancy to review their current HR landscape and provide strategic recommendations, particularly around process improvements.

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of turning these recommendations into actionable plans; leading the design, coordination, and implementation of improved HR processes including system adoption across the organisation.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards
• Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects

• Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management.
• Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations

Desirable experience:

• Managing projects across NSW government departments.
• Overseeing HR project transformations.
