The Role Working as part of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the preparation of compliant financial reports for the Group, ensuring alignment with ASX listing requirements.
• Analysis, insights and decision support to drive operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, ASX and internal controls.
• Preparation for reporting season including engaging with external advisors such as audit, legal, M&A, share registry, etc.
• Manage the financial reporting function.

The Person
Ideally CA qualified with a background from Big 4 or mid tier chartered your technical and compliance foundation will be strong. You will have significant past experience in an ASX or listed reporting role. You will be a highly capable leader with experience managing large teams. Experience in a listed environment is essential.
