Our objective is to establish a renowned presence for delivering forward-thinking, creative designs through a team of dedicated and dynamic local professionals. We are seeking a structural/civil engineer for training and integration into our esteemed structural and civil team. A minimum commitment of 5 years is anticipated.

• Executing projects across diverse structures in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Managing multiple projects concurrently with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency, including those of a multi-disciplinary nature.

• Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure adherence to client's requirements and McMahon Services' processes.

• Establishing effective communication and fostering positive relationships with clients, the project team, and management.

• Contributing to cost management, encompassing the preparation of progress claims, variations, and project budget control.

• Demonstrating problem-solving skills and innovation both individually and as part of a collaborative team.

• Adhering to instructions and working collaboratively within a team framework.

• Conducting thorough investigations and inspections and contributing to the development of methodologies.

• Recently graduated with a relevant engineering degree in the last 2 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting is a prerequisite.

• Ability to adapt to different design programs and meet client expectations.

• Strong time management skills.

• Familiarity with current Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia.
