An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Construction Supervisor to join our expanding team. Based out of our Willetton office, your primary focus will be to manage bespoke single and multi-story residential builds from site start through to the final inspection.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will need a minimum of 2 years local site supervisor experience, preferably in both low-rise residential and/or luxury residential builds.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes, skills and experience:

Strong technical and practical construction knowledge with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Australia

A thorough understanding of West Australian building regulations

Supervise and communicate with subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure all standards, regulations and codes are met and complied with

Enforce and adhere to WH&S regulations

Strong time management and organisational skills

Excellent project management skills

Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality

Effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Good work ethic, with the ability to work and thrive under pressure

Currently or recently employed in the residential or commercial building industry in WA

Current White Card (mandatory)

C Class Driver’s License (mandatory)

This is a full-time position in a boutique construction company that is growing rapidly. An attractive salary package (including a new commercial vehicle) will be presented, commensurate with experience.
