We are currently searching for a Full Time Construction Supervisor to join our team with an immediate start. Servicing Bunbury and the surrounding areas, the ideal supervisor will be eager to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry and will have the ability to problem solve, along with a positive attitude and willingness to challenge themselves and go the extra mile. All of this whilst a strong focus on driving strong levels of production.

Industry experience in a similar role within residential construction and is mandatory for the successful candidate.

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible to;

• Build and deliver a portfolio of Redink Homes Southwest (25-30 job numbers) in line with relevant standards, quality controls, policies and procedures;

• Monitor trades and contractor performance and resources related to the program of works;

• Provide technical advice on risks, priorities and remedial strategies related to the residential construction program;

• Respond and resolve issues escalated from team members, trades and customers in relation to the construction of homes in a timely matter;

• Ensure efficient planning, scheduling and delivery of materials;

• Relationship building with trades, subcontractors and clients; and

• Ensure compliance of safe work practices and processes for self and others on-site.

To be considered for this role candidates must have the following;

• Established trade base essential;

• Relevant trade qualification (desirable but not essential);

• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role;

• C-Class drivers licence;

• The right to work in Australia;

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills;

• Previous experience with ClickHomes (desirable but not essential);

• Proficient with computers and iPad;

• Strong Customer service skills;

• Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one;

• Construction Safety Induction Card; and

• Proven time-management skills.
