About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Deployment Lead to join the Rio Tinto Frontline Digital Team. This role is crucial in supporting the successful rollout of digital tools by planning, executing, and coordinating training and changing readiness activities. The Deployment Lead acts as a bridge between project delivery teams and operational stakeholders, helping to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability of initiatives. This is a Perth based role with regular travel to site.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and plan fit-for-purpose training content and delivery methods
Develop and execute training and communication plans
Coordinate day-to-day change activities and process workshops
Provide support and coaching to frontline teams for change readiness
Establish stakeholder communication and engagement channels
Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions
Drive adoption strategies and support sustainable outcomes
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage risks
Maintain strong relationships to address change impacts effectively
Skills and Experience Required
3–5 years' experience in training delivery and/or change management
Proven experience in training planning, execution, and facilitation
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage concurrent activities and meet deadlines
Skilled in preparing clear, accessible training and communication materials
Confident in leading workshops and presenting complex information simply
Qualifications in Change Management, Training, or equivalent experience
Experience in a mining environment beneficial
