About The Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of projects, managing them from start to finish. From site visits and client liaison through to delivery and handover, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec.

You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team but have the autonomy to run your jobs your way, whether it’s managing subcontractors, preparing programs, or assisting with estimating and variations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage multiple HVAC minor works projects from initiation through to close-out.
• Prepare programs, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site.
• Attend client and site meetings to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle budgeting, claims, and final invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in HVAC project management (minor works preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of project life cycles and contract administration.
• Hands-on experience with estimating and financial tracking.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (knowledge of simPRO or similar platforms is a bonus).
