The firm is expanding with a large portfolio of exciting opportunities and therefore require a Senior Project Manager who is driven to develop their expertise in these areas. The client has a large focus on career progression as well as a supportive and driven work environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an opportunity for a Client-Side Project Manager who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute to unique Residential projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the full lifecycle of a project. You will be pivotal to identifying risks and developing the strategies to mitigate them.

DUTIES.

• Assist oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes
• Conduct site inspections, manage progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• Previous Client-Side Project Management experience.
• Previous experience with Residential, Commercial, Education, Health, Aged Care, Retail, or Hospitality Projects.
• Bachelor of Construction or equivalent.
