Contract Administrator – Commercial New Build | Design & Construct

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Contract Administrator to join a growing team working on largeD&C commercial project in South Brisbane, value c. $250m. You’ll be supported by an experienced Senior Contract Administrator, along with Project Managers and Commercial Leads, with the opportunity to grow your skillset and progress within the business.

Location: Based on site - South Brisbane.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing subcontractor packages and purchase orders
• Assisting with cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Supporting the PM team across design, procurement, and delivery stages
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are up to date

About You:

• 3/4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial or residentail construction for a main contractor
• Proven experience within a Construction environment is essential
• A relevant construction or engineering qualification
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work
