About the Role

We’re looking for an Estimator who can take ownership of the tender process and bring strong cost planning experience to the table. You'll be responsible for end-to-end estimating – pricing projects, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the team from tender through to contract award.

While the role is focused on estimating and there’s a clear career pathway for the right person to step up into a Pre-Construction Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial fitout projects ranging from $20K to $5M

Work with ProCore to ensure competitive and detailed pricing

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate cost-effective outcomes

Ensure all estimates are completed with precision and on time

Support the team in securing projects and finalising tender submissions

About You

Experience in estimating for commercial fitouts or similar projects

Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and trade procurement

Proficient in estimating software (ProCore)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines concurrently
