About the role
As Project Manager you will oversee commercial fitout projects from planning to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Responsible for scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client communication. You will report to the Construction Director. You will contribute to the company's vision of providing innovative, industry-leading commercial spaces.

Duties

• Project Planning & Scheduling - Develop timelines and allocate resources.
• Budget & Cost Control - Monitor expenses and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Compliance & Quality Control - Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Risk & Site Management - Identify risks, conduct site visits, and resolve challenges.
• Reporting & Documentation - Maintain records and track project performance.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role in the commercial, fit out space (retail experince highly desirable)
• Strong financial management skills to keep projects within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team and engage stakeholders.
• Understanding of building codes, permits and safety regulations in NSW.
• Quick resolution of project challenges to ensure timely delivery.
