This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1/2 Service Desk Analyst to join an industry leading, Australian organisation, in an on-site IT support role.

About you

• Excellent communication, with experience dealing with stakeholders in diverse non-technical roles.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
• Experience supporting both in person and remotely.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.

About the role

• Providing Level 1/2 IT support to users in person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
• Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
• Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
