At Hudson Bond, we understand that first impressions count. As our regular Weekend Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our Doncaster office - greeting clients, supporting our team, and ensuring a smooth experience every weekend.

We’re looking for someone professional, reliable, and enthusiastic to represent our agency on Saturdays. This position offers ongoing, regular weekend work and the opportunity to take on additional hours during staff leave and holiday periods.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
✅ Organised, efficient, and able to stay composed under pressure
✅ A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn
✅ Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach

Managing incoming calls and messages

Supporting the Sales and Property Management teams

Assisting with general admin duties and data entry

Keeping the front office tidy and client-ready
