Key responsibilities include:

· Coordinate the field service team for installation, commissioning and servicing

· Manage schedules and ensure daily routes are planned efficiency and with optimal utilisation in mind

· Working with our knowledge network to ensure the best results for our customers

· Assist with incoming calls, redirecting and prioritising, providing technical support, and liaise with customers about upcoming works

· Manage site-specific inductions and all related paperwork.

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, here’s what you’ll need:

• Structured, detail orientated individual with a understanding of the civil construction industry

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Proven sales experience within the Construction/Earthmoving equipment industry or similar

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and your team

• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile and look to improve operational efficiency

• Experience with survey/machine control/earthmoving machinery is not required, but highly desirable

• A current driver's license
