We’re on the hunt for a Senior Consultant who can hit the ground running on a large-scale government transformation project. This is not a strategy or advisory role—this is where things get done.
You’ll work alongside a committed delivery team embedded within the Commonwealth Government, rolling up your sleeves to engage stakeholders, map processes, and produce high-quality deliverables across cyber, cloud, service management, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with EL2 and SES-level stakeholders across complex IT environments
• Deliver fit-for-purpose process maps, policy updates, and governance documents
• Read and interpret dense technical and policy content—no starting from scratch
• Run high-impact meetings and workshops that get results
• Turn ideas and conversations into polished deliverables within hours, not days
• Help define and support practical reforms across key IT service areas
• Work at speed in a transformation environment that values outcomes over optics

What You Bring

• Experience delivering IT-related outcomes in the Commonwealth Government
• Strong understanding of ICT in government: cyber, cloud, ITSM, governance
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills—especially with EL2s and SES
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making sense of complex documentation
• Ability to produce high-quality work fast—clear, concise, and client-ready
• Baseline clearance (or eligibility) and Australian Citizenship
• Police check or willingness to obtain one immediately
