About the role & our client:

Our client is located in the north, east and west of Victoria.

Corporate functions and administration are conducted from their head office, located in Melbourne's north.

They are a trusted partner for many Victorians, supporting families through their experiences of life, death and grief. They provide burial, cremation and memorialisation services to meet the needs of their communities.

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Administrator to join the team until June 30th 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide communications relating to training activities and bookings
• Provide ongoing support to Training and Assessment Specialist to coordinate organisation wide training initiatives
• Maintain accuracy of data in the Competency Assessment Matrix (CAM) and individual staff training plans
• Coordinate training bookings with supervisors and vendors
• Coordinate room bookings and catering to support training initiatives
