The Role:
As a Casual Learning Development Assistant, you'll be an important part of a supportive team, helping Middle and Senior School students with diverse learning needs thrive. Working closely with dedicated educators, you'll provide personalised academic support to empower students to build confidence, grow in independence, and achieve their full potential.

The Average Day:
- Provide one-on-one and in-class support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist students in developing effective study habits and independent learning skills.
- Collaborate with Learning Development and classroom teachers to implement learning plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that builds student confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of student support and progress.
The Person:
To be successful in this position, you will be:
- Passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with young people.
- A collaborative team player who communicates well with staff and students.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage changing priorities with flexibility.
- Eager to learn and grow, with a proactive attitude and genuine interest in education.
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
