We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced and supportive team based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global healthcare and beauty company, providing critical support across sales, logistics, and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and process customer and sales orders using SAP
Liaise with DHL to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistics issues
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
Raise shipments and monitor inventory levels
Maintain accurate reporting across orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory
Reconcile daily sales data and generate internal reports
Support account setup and ongoing maintenance of customer records
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service and/or logistics coordination role
Proficient in SAP and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience working with DHL or similar logistics providers is desirable
